Our client is a market leading Risk Consultancy in Enterprise Risk Management, Crisis Management and Business Continuity. With its Head Office based in Sydney CBD, this role will be responsible for building and maintaining key relationships with clients and growing the business. Reporting to a highly supportive CEO, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships across varying sectors
• Securing new business development opportunities
• Involvement in the daily client operations
• Continuous improvements
• Lead and manage 6 direct reports 
• Leadership of the strategic direction of the business
• Manage the financial and operational requirements of the business
• P and L ownership
• Monthly reporting tot he Group CEO and Board

Ideally you will have at least 10 years experience working in an Enterprise Risk Management and Resilience consulting environment, ideally within boutique Risk Consulting firms, demonstrated General Management experience and also business development experience, have a proactive and positive approach and be able to build long term relationships. Excellent communication skills as you would be liaising with existing customers, building new relationships and communicating to the "C" suite and Board.
