The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Officer. This role would suit a candidate who has a bright and bubbly personality and good data entry experience. The Role

Your duties will include: 

  • Act as first point of contact to internal and external customers and provide effective and professional frontline service (be the face of the business)
  • Answering calls, taking messages and directing calls appropriately
  • Complete daily banking
  • Assist with administrative processes to support the business
  • Manage, update and maintain their databases
  • Filing and collating Company documents
  • Setting up board room for meetings
  • Inward outward mail
  • In return they will teach you
    • ATO correspondence
    • ASIC correspondence
    • ATO lodgement

About You

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Have good data entry skills and understand the Microsoft Suite
  • Bright bubbly personality and keen to learn
  • Happy to work Monday to Friday Office based
  • Have experience working in a chartered accounting firm or within the professional services industry 
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be organised and have good time management skills
  • Be professional in presentation and able to provide a positive image of the company you are representing
  • Desirable would be to have ATO Mate, How Now and Xero XPM experience
