The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable / Credit Officer to join a large team in the Western Suburbs. You will have the opportunity to run your own ledger from beginning to end and be part of a fun and lively team that are very social. This is an office-based role initially and after probation there will be WFH options.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
Allocations
Receipting
Reconciliations (Bank and General Ledger)
Proactively manage and collect on due and overdue accounts on your ledger.
Credit Applications
Working across multiple bank accounts
Strong Excel
Excellent Customer Service and Attention to Detail
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven work experience in a similar role
Have worked in a fast-paced environment across multiple systems
An enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
Good time management skills - you will need to find a healthy balance between delivering a quality outcome, whilst remaining highly efficient.
The ability to work autonomously as well as being supportive to the team.
