Talent Acquisition Partner | 12-Month FTC | Brisbane

About the Role

This is a genuine step out of agency and into a proper in-house TA Partner role inside a large, complex industrial company. You'll own end-to-end recruitment, partner directly with hiring managers, and act as a real talent adviser rather than just working a req list. The role is 12 months fixed term, with the potential to go permenant. Brisbane-based with one day WFH per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment across a Corporate Functions portfolio
  • Building genuine partnerships with hiring managers and guiding them through the full hiring cycle
  • Sourcing candidates through databases, LinkedIn, social media, and your own networks
  • Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting with the time and autonomy to do it properly
  • Managing third-party suppliers and keeping those relationships productive
  • Contributing to recruitment campaigns, assessment centre design, and process improvement
  • Using ATS data and market insights to have meaningful conversations with the business

What We're Looking For

  • Solid end-to-end recruitment experience, whether from agency, RPO, or in-house
  • Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills to build effective working relationships and deliver outcomes 
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and a good grip on sourcing methodology
  • Comfortable working in a large, complex organisation where priorities shift
  • You're not above rolling up your sleeves when it's that kind of week
