This global manufacturer whose products are found in homes across more than 60 countries. Our client is now a market leader with a genuine need to expand their accounts team. This 3-month temp role with a high likelihood of extending to a permanent position is based in Eagle Farm.

Accounts Receivable/Claims Officer

This role is all about the interesting part: customer claims. You will be investigating, analysing and resolving claims in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This means digging into the details, connecting the dots, and communicating outcomes with confidence. Think part AR specialist, part detective, part relationship builder.

• Owning customer claims from investigation through to resolution
• Digging into data across SAP and Excel to find the story behind the numbers
• Building relationships with customers and internal teams who will rely on your answers

You will thrive here if you:

• Have a strong AR background and know your way around claims or disputes
• Are naturally curious with sharp problem-solving instincts
• Communicate brilliantly, whether on the phone or in writing
• Have worked with SAP or a similar large ERP
