Our client is a growing leader in the Construction industry. An opportunity has now become available for a Group Finance Manager to be based in their Brisbane Head Office near the CBD. Reporting to and working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for providing financial advice, leadership and direction across accounting, reporting and compliance activities. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Financial and management reporting
• Commentary on variances
• Statutory reporting
• Cashflow forecasts
• Project cashflow forecasts
• Job costing and WIP schedules
• Manage all business commercial requirements including insurance renewals, property leases, licences and subscriptions
• Lead and manage the finance function
• Working with the Director on family wealth creation and protection
• Manage all corporate accounting, reporting, commercial, risk management and compliance functions
• Manage external relationships including banks, external accountants and advisors
• Manage the Annual Budgeting process
• Consolidations of the group

Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified, have a minimum of 7 - 10 years' experience in a similar role, strong technical skills, have worked on strategic and operational directives, strong leadership skills and stakeholder engagement as you will be liaising with banks, auditors and the various business units.
