Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong culture and a fast-paced working environment. They are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their Customer Operations team.
This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflows, accurate order processing, and a consistently positive customer experience.
Duties:
Your daily work may change and can include any of the following tasks and responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat
Processing customer orders with a high level of accuracy
Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
Supporting the Customer Operations Supervisor with administrative tasks
Liaising with internal teams including commercial and logistics
Advising customers on delivery updates and changes
Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in customer service and administration
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and complaint-handling abilities
High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
