The Opportunity
We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the mid-market segment in Australia and New Zealand. This is a high-impact role focused on new business acquisition and revenue growth, alongside managing and expanding a portfolio of existing customers.
You'll thrive if you enjoy a mix of hunting and account management, engaging with stakeholders across all levels — from business owners to operational teams — and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition across a defined mid-market territory (ANZ)
- Build and manage a portfolio of customers, developing strong relationships at all levels
- Generate pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound activity
- Drive revenue growth through a mix of new logo wins, upselling, and cross-selling
- Engage customers in transitioning from on-premise to cloud-based solutions
- Collaborate with solution specialists, product, and implementation teams to deliver customer success
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in SaaS / cloud or solution sales
- Strong track record in new business development and pipeline generation
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close and account growth
- Skilled at engaging stakeholders across multiple levels
- High level of drive, discipline, and commercial acumen
- Background in construction technology or related industries is a plus, but not essential
