The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer. This role would suit a candidate who has previous ATO lodgement management and data entry experience. The Role
Your duties will include:
- Diary management and handling correspondence
- Meet & greet clients
- Organising events/ Making appointments and sending reminders
- Calling the ATO for payment arrangements, information etc on behalf of the Client managers
- ASIC returns
- Procedure review and policy updates/maintenance
- Mail in/out
- Following up clients for queries
- Liaison with the respective Client Managers
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience working in a chartered accounting firm or within the professional services industry
- Have strong communication skills
- Be organised and have good time management skills
- Be professional in presentation and able to provide a positive image of the company you are representing
- Have ATO Mate, How Now and Xero XPM experience
- Be skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
