 The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Administration Officer. This role would suit a candidate who has previous ATO lodgement management and data entry experience. If you are looking to join a Chartered Accountant Firm to learn and grow in, this is the role for you! Be part of a dedicated team, supporting one another to make a meaningful difference.

The Role

Your duties will include: 

  • Diary management and handling correspondence
  • Meet & greet clients
  • Organising events/ Making appointments and sending reminders
  • Calling the ATO for payment arrangements, information etc on behalf of the Client managers
  • ASIC returns
  • Procedure review and policy updates/maintenance
  • Mail in/out
  • Following up clients for queries
  • Liaison with the respective Client Managers

About You

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience working in a chartered accounting firm or within the professional services industry 
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be organised and have good time management skills
  • Be professional in presentation and able to provide a positive image of the company you are representing
  • Have ATO Mate, How Now and Xero XPM experience
  • Be skilled in Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
