Our client is a Brisbane-based Asset Management and Maintenance consultancy that operates in the Resources sector. As a highly successful consultancy, they've established strong partnerships with some of the largest companies in Mining and other resources have seen continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be involved with leading and executing a variety of projects, working independently on smaller tasks and leading a team of up to 5 people on larger projects.
• Allocate and coordinate resources, including both internal team members and external contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Plan, manage and track project timelines, budgets and deliverables effectively
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, guaranteeing high levels of client satisfaction from initiation to project completion.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and promptly resolve any issues to keep projects on track.
• Organize regular progress meetings and provide detailed reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality and align with client expectations.

• Offer guidance and support to the project team to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mining asset management
• Solid track record of implementing successful asset management strategies.
• Proven expertise in boosting asset performance for clients.
• Strong analytical skills
• A structured, detail-oriented approach to tasks and project execution.
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems like SAP or Pronto.
