Our client is a Brisbane-based Asset Management and Maintenance consultancy that operates in the Resources sector. As a highly successful consultancy, they've established strong partnerships with some of the largest companies in Mining and other resources have seen continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be involved with leading and executing a variety of projects, working independently on smaller tasks and leading a team of up to 5 people on larger projects.
- Allocate and coordinate resources, including both internal team members and external contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan, manage and track project timelines, budgets and deliverables effectively
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships, guaranteeing high levels of client satisfaction from initiation to project completion.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and promptly resolve any issues to keep projects on track.
- Organize regular progress meetings and provide detailed reports for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that all deliverables are of high quality and align with client expectations.

- Offer guidance and support to the project team to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mining asset management
- Solid track record of implementing successful asset management strategies.
- Proven expertise in boosting asset performance for clients.
- Strong analytical skills
- A structured, detail-oriented approach to tasks and project execution.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems like SAP or Pronto.
