The Opportunity

A key position within Asset Services, the role will report to the Director and is a business critical role. The Business Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Design and implement best practice reporting strategies and framework for the business
  • Preparation of detailed reporting to deliver to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work with technical and business team to improve and streamline their current reporting and systems
  • Data analysis and lead key system projects including assisting with testing of developments and enhancements
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their needs to ensure their reporting and system requirements are met
  • To support the development of improved process of systems and procedures, including identifying opportunities and creating documentation

The Candidate

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar position alongside:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or sufficient experience aligned
  • Solid reporting, systems and analytical skills
  • Experience PowerBI or another similar reporting tool alongside strong excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and natural relationship building skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to interact with all levels
