Opportunity:

The Business Analyst is a key member of the PMO team, responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Working collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders, the role provides business analysis and project coordination support to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying, analysing, and documenting business requirements using appropriate business analysis techniques,
• Communicating these requirements clearly to a diverse range of stakeholders in a financial services organisation.
• Supporting the delivery of initiatives such as technology implementations and enhancements, operational improvement activities, audit remediation, procurement processes, and supplier engagement.
• Provide project coordination support for smaller projects and operational improvement initiatives.

About You

Ideally you will be an experience Business Analyst, with a background in financial services and the following skills:

• Extensive experience leading technical business activities in a project setting, preferably within medium to large complex organisations. (public sector and/or finance industry experience highly desirable) 
• Experience in the application of business analysis frameworks and techniques, such as BABOK.
• Experience in contributing to business and technology change activities, including the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and practices.
• Experience in treasury management and/or treasury systems within a financial services environment.
• Partnering closely with Architecture & Solution Design to ensure business requirements align with enterprise technical design principles.
• Leading “as-is” and “to-be” process design and supporting organisational change impact analysis.
