The Role

Reporting to the director, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively seeking new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Assisting in coordinating sales and leasing campaigns, including preparing marketing material and reports.
  • Representing property owners and tenants in negotiating sales and leasing agreements.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to offer clients informed advice on pricing, market trends and property positioning.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Coordinating property inspections and maintaining an organised database.
  • Staying informed about local market conditions, zoning laws and property values.
  • Preparing and presenting offers, counteroffers, and other transaction-related documentation.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and local businesses.
  • Ensuring high client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout the transaction process.
  • Supporting the Commercial team with daily operations.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Certificate of Registration / Real Estate License preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone
  • An enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Use to high volume fast paced environments
  • Good time management skills
