The Role

Our client is a well-established organisation with a strong culture and a fast-paced working environment. They are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Operations Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of their Customer Operations team.

This role is critical to ensuring efficient workflows, accurate order processing, and a consistently positive customer experience.

Duties:

Your daily work may change and can include any of the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Processing customer orders with a high level of accuracy

  • Maintaining and updating customer records and databases

  • Supporting the Customer Operations Supervisor with administrative tasks

  • Liaising with internal teams including commercial and logistics 

  • Advising customers on delivery updates and changes

  • Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in customer service and administration

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent customer service and complaint-handling abilities

  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams

  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work
