The Opportunity
Nolan Group is a privately owned wholesale distribution business operating nationally across multiple market sectors. They are currently seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Agent to join their Western Australian Customer Service team based in Kewdale.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality customer service, and supporting end-to-end order management.
Duties:
Your daily work may change and can include any of the following tasks and responsibilities:
Managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM and ERP systems
Monitoring order status and coordinating with logistics and internal teams
Communicating order updates, delays, or issues to customers
Assisting customers with product enquiries and selection
Supporting internal teams by sharing customer feedback and insights
Ensuring compliance with company policies and workplace safety requirements
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or similar role
Strong customer service skills with a solution-focused approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional phone manner and ability to build rapport
Experience with order processing, data entry, and records management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience advantageous)
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good numerical skills and problem-solving ability
