The Opportunity

Our client is well established organisation that has a great work culture and is a fantastic place to build a career. They are currently seeking motivated customer service focused staff with good administrative skills to join their team.

Duties:

Your daily work may change and can include any of the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Making outbound calls to existing clients and third parties
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team 
  • Maintaining and updating client records accurately
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties- Including scheduling and order processing 

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to liaise with clients and a variety of stakeholders
  • Proven experience in administration and customer service
  • Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven experience in MS Office Suite
