Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Brisbane based Design & Construct commercial fitout builder delivering a diverse pipeline of projects ranging from $100K to $1.5M. Working within a close-knit and collaborative team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality office, retail and refurbishment projects across SEQ.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Designers and Project Managers to prepare and deliver timely, competitive proposals
• Complete comprehensive material take-offs
• Conduct site inspections and walk contractors through project requirements as required
• Compile, analyse and compare subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Identify scope gaps and risks within documentation
• Assist in ensuring submissions align with target project margins
• Maintain consistency and quality across all proposals
• Maintain and update the FF&E pricing library and cost database

About You

Ideally you will be an experience Business Analyst, with a background in financial services and the following skills:

• Experience within Design & Construct commercial fitout projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction and office fitout delivery
• Experience preparing estimates and compiling subcontractor pricing
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications confidently
• High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
• Effective communication skills when liaising with internal teams and subcontractors
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with estimating documentation systems
