About the Role

As the HR Manager, you will oversee the delivery of HR services across the Ray White Group, supporting the CFO, corporate employees (450), and people leaders across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be responsible for:

Leadership & Operations
  • Leading, mentoring and developing the HR team.
  • Managing and optimising HR processes, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies across multiple group entities.
Strategic HR Partnering
  • Partnering with senior leadership and Organisational Development to deliver strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Supporting leaders on employee relations matters and fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Overseeing talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding processes.
Performance, Reporting & Development
  • Managing performance frameworks and coaching managers to drive capability and growth.
  • Building and delivering HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
  • Identifying training and development needs and supporting high-quality learning programs.
About You

You’ll bring senior HR expertise, strong judgement, and an ability to influence across a complex business. You will also have:

  • 5–10 years' experience in HR, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR, Behavioural Science or Organisational Development.
  • Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing HR team.
  • Strong capability in building or enhancing HR systems and processes.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High resilience, adaptability and a collaborative approach.
  • A values-driven mindset that aligns with our culture of leadership, discipline, integrity and curiosity.
