The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an Innovative Marketing Manager to join their team in a newly created position. They have a reputation for excellence and commitment in their industry. This is an office-based role for 3 days per week and our client is flexible on desired work days.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
- Manage and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content creation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
- Maintain and enhance an online presence through website management and SEO strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as and when needed.
- Create visually appealing marketing materials using graphic design software.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a marketing role is desirable but would also consider a University Student
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Skills in photography and videography, including editing desirable
- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
