The Opportunity

Our client is a well-established and busy Specialist Medical Clinic located at Cleveland that are looking for a motivated Medical Receptionist to join their team. They understand that career progression can be limited in the industry, so have put plans in place to ensure both growth and career progression opportunities.  

 

Duties:

This position will include the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting patients as they come into the clinic
  • Booking in new patients over the phone and arranging follow-ups
  • Taking a high volume of phone calls
  • Assisting with opens and closes
  • Assisting with the Billing process
  • Typing reports and assisting with other ad hoc admin duties

 

Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in Medical Reception necessary
  • Great people and computer skills and someone with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
  • Comfortable leaning new systems quickly
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
