Responsibilities

The Senior Outbound Services Coordinator position will play a pivotal role in establishing the Fund's newly created outbound call/engagement centre. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and refining the centre's processes and policies. These will guide a dedicated team in making proactive outbound service and engagement calls to both new and existing Fund members. Ideally, the senior will bring to the Fund a blend of strategic vision and practical experience in outbound call operations, demonstrating an ability to craft efficient workflows and act as a senior team member. Key responsibilities for the Senior member of the team will include:

  • Leadership of the team, including the provision of guidance and support to team members
  • Process and policy development
  • Ongoing member engagement, and the pursuit of service excellence; and
  • Other functions including inter-departmental interaction, liaison and reporting

Some leadership experience and a good understanding of the superannuation regulatory and compliance framework is required for the Senior role.

The two Outbound Services Coordinators will be responsible for the making of outbound calls to new and existing members, contribute to the ongoing improvement of the centre's processes and procedures, and deliver exceptional service experiences. Experience in a financial services sector contact/service centre role is required.
