THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing WorkCover, PIPA, and motor vehicle accident claims from start to finish
• Providing expert legal advice to clients and representing their best interests. 
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and compulsory conferences. 
• Collaborating with a dedicated team of legal professionals to deliver exceptional results for clients

What We are Looking For:

• Admission as a Solicitor in Queensland
• Proven experience in personal injury law, particularly WorkCover, PIPA, and motor vehicle accidents
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
