Our client is a leading engineering and project delivery consultancy supporting major industrial sectors across Australia. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes, they are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their Brisbane-based team.
In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring all communication and project activities run smoothly from inception to completion. You’ll work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) and support various team leads to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate projects across the full lifecycle; from scoping and quoting to delivery, closeout, and review
Support project planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and financial management
Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders
Assist in monitoring project performance, hours, and invoicing
Contribute to business development activities including client meetings, briefings, and proposal preparation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent service delivery
Identify opportunities to enhance project efficiency and secure future work
Provide administrative and technical support as needed; including scheduling, data entry, and report writing

EssentialMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Administrator
Proven experience supporting multiple concurrent projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (and ideally MS Project or similar scheduling tools)
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Project Management qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV, Diploma, or equivalent)
Experience working in the Australian industrial, mining, energy, chemicals, or oil & gas sectors
Exposure to engineering or technical project environments
