Reporting to the Head of Sales, APAC, and the Sales Development Team Lead, the Sales Development Representative will take a lead role in qualifying all sales opportunities along with sourcing sales leads and qualifying opportunities. You will be responsible for ensuring a quality customer experience from the first customer contact across multiple mediums and our continued growth offers fantastic career building opportunities within intelliHR.
 The duties and responsibilities of a Sales Development Representative will include:
  • Drive sales of our market leading product to prospective customers
  • Research, identify and actively approach clients within the Asia-Pacific market to nurture and build a pipeline of leads for the sales team
  • Successfully qualifying opportunities and referring them to our Sales Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in Salesforce
  • Work closely with the marketing & product teams to collaborate on both strategy and product improvements
  • Seek new ways to ensure qualified leads are provided to the sales team to maximize opportunity and then review their effectiveness
To be successful in this role you will ideally:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in a similar capacity (sales, lead generation, inside sales) in SaaS or tech space
  • Successful experience in development and qualifying inbound and outbound leads
  • Proven ability to develop relationships and generating leads by targeting prospective customers
  • Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast pace, rapid change environment
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with superior customer centric approach
  • A proven track record selling into medium size/complex accounts & hitting targets
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
