The role:

This role is responsible to source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. 

About You:

To be successful, you will need to have an interest in working in the construction industry, a natural ability to communicate with people and the drive to build a career in sales.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and like working towards KPI's
  • Experience in a manufacturing / industrial sector / trade supplies very benefitial
  • Proven sales experience is very desireable
  • Proven knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management very desireable

Responsibilities include:

  • Achieve Sales Targets
  • Meet personal and team sales targets by using sales methods
  • Evaluate customers skills, needs, and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Forecast and report on sales and activities
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Ensure adherence to WHS policies and procedures
  • Up-sell and cross-sell other products
