We are seeking a commercially elite finance leader that is ready to step into a high impact role at the centre of a dynamic, growth-focused organisation.

This is a strategic commercial partnership position, working directly with the CFO and senior market leaders across Australia, New Zealand and international operations to influence revenue growth, investment decisions and operational performance.

The Opportunity

Based in their Corporate Brisbane CBD Head Office, you will:

• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior market leaders
• Lead financial performance analysis across multiple markets
• Provide insight into franchise fee revenue, labour investment and growth strategy
• Influence staffing structures and cost optimisation decisions
• Deliver high quality board reporting and forward looking analysis
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and benchmarking processes
• Drive system and reporting improvements (Oracle NetSuite environment)
• Lead and develop a small, high-performing finance team

You will travel approximately 3–4 days per month across Australia and New Zealand, partnering directly with operational leaders.

About You

• Began your career in a Big 4 firm
• Are CA or CPA qualified
• Have 8 – 15 years’ experience spanning professional services and commercial roles
• Are comfortable operating at executive level
• Can translate complex financial data into commercial action
• Have strong modelling and analytical capability (advanced Excel essential)
• Bring intellectual curiosity and the confidence to challenge constructively
• Have proven experience leading and developing finance professionals

Real estate or multi-site experience is advantageous but not essential. Commercial acumen, stakeholder influence and leadership depth are critical.
