Our client is a high profile Queensland organisation based in Brisbane's CBD. There is now a vacancy for an experienced Senior Management/Financial Accountant to join their team for a 12 month contract. Reporting to the Financial Controller, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Manage the end of month reporting process
• Monthly board reporting 
• Commentary on variances
• Monthly departmental performance reporting
• Assist with the annual budget preparation
• Forecasting
• End of financial year reporting
• Statutory accounting
• Business process improvements
• Ad hoc reporting

Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified, with a minimum of 6 years' accounting experience, be able to work to deadlines and have good communication skills. Knowledge of AASB's and Power BI reporting an advantage.
