The Opportunity

Created due to the growth of the business and it's demand for their products, we have multiple, permanent opportunities based on the North side of Brisbane. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead a team to ensure that preventative maintenance plans and breakdowns are actioned to support the site production team. 

Duties

• Ensuring maintenance plans and schedules are met.
• Performing breakdown duties to support the production team in maximizing its output. 
• Identify root causes to problems and resolve them quickly.
• Ensuring compliance and correct behaviours are implemented.
• Working with all maintenance teams to coordinate activities in regard to operational requirements. 

Skills & Experience

• Mechanical Trade Certificate.
• Strong experience and understanding of safety practices.
• Experience working with machinery and fault finding.
• Exceptional communication skills.
