Talent Acquisition Partner | 12-Month FTC | Brisbane

About the Role

A well-established Brisbane company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their in-house HR function on a 12-month fixed term basis, with the potential to go permenant. This role sits firmly in the corporate and professional recruitment space - HR, finance, legal, commercial, and operational support functions. If your background is purely in blue collar or trades recruitment, this one isn't the right fit. Brisbane-based with one day WFH per week.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate and professional roles across the business
• Partnering with hiring managers as a genuine talent adviser, not just a process administrator
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, databases, and direct approaches
• Screening, interviewing, and presenting shortlists with a clear point of view
• Managing third-party supplier relationships and holding them accountable
• Using ATS and market data to have credible conversations with stakeholders
• Contributing to process improvement, campaign design, and assessment activity

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in white collar and corporate roles
• Your portfolio has covered professional functions — HR, finance, corporate services, or similar
• Agency background is welcomed, particularly if you're ready to move in-house and ditch the BD pressure
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills — you're comfortable building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers
• Solid understanding of sourcing methodology and ATS platforms
• You can move quickly without cutting corners on candidate experience
• Trades, industrial, or blue collar recruitment experience alone won't set you up for success here
