Our client is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Officer. This role would suit a candidate who has a bright and bubbly personality and good data entry experience. The Role
Your duties will include:
Act as first point of contact to internal and external customers and provide effective and professional frontline service (be the face of the business)
Answering calls, taking messages and directing calls appropriately
Complete daily banking
Assist with administrative processes to support the business
Manage, update and maintain their databases
Filing and collating Company documents
Setting up board room for meetings
Inward outward mail

ATO lodgement
About You
To be successful in the role you will:
Have good data entry skills and understand the Microsoft Suite
Bright bubbly personality and keen to learn
Happy to work Monday to Friday Office based
Have experience working in a chartered accounting firm or within the professional services industry
Have strong communication skills
Be organised and have good time management skills
Be professional in presentation and able to provide a positive image of the company you are representing
Desirable would be to have ATO Mate, How Now and Xero XPM experience
