An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a high growth Australian SaaS organisation in a fast-paced, scaling environment. This is an initial 3 month contract with potential for extension based on business needs.

The business has a strong product, clear growth trajectory and a people-first culture. Their platform helps education and training organisations streamline operations, manage compliance and reporting, and deliver programs more efficiently. They are now seeking a commercially minded TA professional to play a key role in supporting growth through high-quality talent acquisition.

Reporting to the Head of Human Success, this role is responsible for delivering end to end recruitment across both technical and non technical functions.

You will partner closely with leaders to attract high performing, values aligned talent while contributing to workforce planning, process improvement and employer branding initiatives.

This is a hands on role with strategic influence.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnd to End Recruitment
  • Manage full lifecycle recruitment including briefing, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews, reference checks and offer management
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify capability requirements and hiring priorities
  • Provide market insights including salary benchmarking and talent availability
  • Develop tailored strategies for hard to fill roles, particularly within engineering and product teams
  • Ensure structured, fair and consistent assessment processes
Sourcing and Pipeline Development
  • Proactively source talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, market mapping and database engagement
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring needs
  • Drive improvement in passive candidate attraction and conversion
Candidate Experience and Employer Brand
  • Deliver a high quality candidate experience aligned to the organisation’s EVP and culture
  • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement
Stakeholder Advisory and Reporting
  • Build trusted partnerships with leaders across the business
  • Provide evidence based hiring insights and recruitment data
  • Maintain accurate reporting across time to fill, source effectiveness and conversion metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and systems
About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Proven end to end recruitment experience, ideally within SaaS, technology or a fast growth environment
  • Experience hiring across both technical and non technical roles
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence leaders
  • Advanced sourcing capability and pipeline development experience
  • Confidence interpreting recruitment data and providing insights
  • Experience using ATS and HRIS platforms
  • A genuine commitment to candidate experience and inclusive recruitment practices
