• Liaise with Operational Leaders

Our client is a growing business in the Construction Industry. They are now looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team. Reporting to the General Manager and partnering with the Operational Leaders of the business units, your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Budgeting
• Forecasting
• Develop business cases for new CAPEX inclusive of return on capital analysis
• Financial modelling
• End of month reporting
• Balance sheet reconciliation review
• Review/analysis of end of month P&L and cashflow
• Preparation of end of month reporting packs for the Board
• Presentation of end of month packs alongside the General Manager
• Management of weekly cashflow forecasts
• Lead and manage a team
• Improve finance processes
• Project profitability

Ideally you will be CA/CPA qualified, minimum 10 years' accounting experience, civil construction/recycling/asphalt/quarries/concrete background an advantage, demonstrated staff supervisory experience, analytical skills and strong business partnering as you will be liaising with the GM's of different business units.
