This Opportunity

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for a range of activities including:

• Processing payments to suppliers and monthly investor distributions.
• Reconciliations of balance sheets, bank statements, fixed income, and fund investments.
• Preparation of monthly fund reports.
• Cash forecasting for each fund.
• BAS preparation.
• Assisting the Financial Controller with annual and half year financial reports and audit requirements.
• Assisting with financial forecasting and modelling of acquisitions and divestments.

About You

Ideally you will be looking for a move from public practice or have experience working within the lending or managed financial services sectors. You are keen to broaden your accounting skills and you have a genuine interest in the Australian property and investments. This is a fantastic role to apply your academic and practical accounting knowledge, working with a supportive and collaborative team.
